Islamabad United coach Mike Hesson has said that while impressed with the cricketing talent in Pakistan, power hitting needs to work a little harder.

Talking to Geo News, Mike Hessen said that he is enjoying the coaching experience in PSL.

He said that along with young cricketers there are also seniors who want to improve themselves.

Talking about the team’s success, he said that the secret of Islamabad United’s success is to use the talent to the maximum.

Mike Hessen said that there are many players in our team who can fulfill the needs of T20. What is important for us is which player can help the team.

He also said that every player has a different size, what matters to me is what role the player is playing for the team.

Mike Hesson said that Azam Khan can attack both spin and fast bowling. Azam Khan is a special talent.

The coach of Islamabad United said that Azam Khan has the potential that few people have, there is more work to be done on Azam, he is still not a complete product.

He said that if a batsman like Azam plays consistently, every team in the world will pick him.

“I am very impressed with the cricketing talent in Pakistan, the spin bowling attack in PSL is quite strong,” Mike Hesson said.

He also said that Pakistan needs to work a little harder as a power hitter.
